How we operate
Clients who ask for a survey need to be constantly updated on the case developments. Upon being appointed, I.S.I. confirm receipt and acceptance within a few hours, by fax or e-mail.

We send a preliminary report within 48 hours in order to advise our customers on circumstances and causes of the event and on the extent of the loss.
Every 30 days we supply a regular update on the file developments, and intermediate updates whenever a significant event occurs.
Whenever needed, we officially ask the counterpart representatives to take part to our survey and, at the end of each survey, a statement of facts is drafted.
Our survey reports are supplied by hard copy, diskette, or e-mail.
Each survey report is completed with attached documents which are necessary for subsequent settlement of the damage or, if that is the case, to make a recovery action against the liable party.
A comprehensive photographic set completes each survey report.
